Orange salad with grilled chicken. Busy place with parking in back. Sat at the bar to avoid the wait, service was great and food came out surprisingly quick considering they were packed. Salad was $20 but very large and packed full of chicken, oranges, candied nuts (pecans maybe? , thinly sliced red onions and the special dressing was the perfect combination, not very sweet but not sour/tart like a vinaigrette.
The service was fantastic, and the food was quite good. However, we were informed about the Wi-Fi only after we had finished eating; we were initially told it was only available for customers. The waitress was very apologetic, but we would have stayed longer and ordered more if we had known there was Wi-Fi available.
The first time here and it wasn't disappointed. Came for breakfast and it was great. The options were plentiful and the portions were generous. Our waiter was super cool as my wife's order was mixed in the process and he made the changes without any questions. It's worth getting back again and again.
No stars. The chicken salad had four pounds of shredded lettuce and one bite (seriously) of chicken. And, don't ever order anything with cooked vegetables. They ARENT cooked! Sign on door: wear masks, staff did not have masks on must be special people. Réservez une table maintenant
I mean the food is good not great for the price. I bacon hamburger is 16.95. it's bacon and a hamburger. And 6 buffalo strips were 14 50. Just strips nothing else . So 6 strips of chicken in a hot sauce is 14.50.
Hill Street Cafe La Canada Cost: This is another beautiful place for the locals. Good selection with menu. I met someone here and was pleasant. Service was good and many coffee refills.
Probably you deserve about 4.5 stars. Essentially above-average diner food. Really good vegetables that say something. Beautiful server, beautiful atmosphere. Worth the trip.
The food was quite ordinary. When I requested the blueberry dish, the staff seemed unsure about what it was. However, the service was impressive. Réservez une table maintenant
I enjoy coming to the Hill, everything is so good, the Chinese Chicken Salad is very good, just like I use to make!!
