I absolutely love Hilo lunch shop, they are the best okazuya shop on the island. I have tried more than half of their menu and have not found anything I didn't like. My favorites are the maki sushi, nori chicken, and hash. I highly recommend getting their dipping sauce, which is usually included at the end (get extra sauce, it goes well with many of their dishes). Be prepared for a wait as there is always a line, sometimes lasting 15-20 minutes before placing your order. The space inside is limited and there is no seating, so plan to take your food to go. Timing can be tricky as going too early may result in some items not being available, while going too late may mean they run out of food....
