Overall not bad, but there were a few things that made me hesitant to give anything above a 3. I’ll start with the cons and then discuss pros. Cons: The first being a lack of an EV charging station for vehicles, which my partner and I rented during our stay in Sarasota. Having to go quite far out of the way to charge the vehicle was a bit inconvenient, and could easily be solved by adding 1 or 2 charging stations. Heck, roof has plenty of real estate for solar to power them, too. Second was the rear lot both lights on the south and southwest side of the building for the lot are out, leaving it extremely dark. Definitaly NOT the espected Hilton quality. Wasn 't able to check in at 3pm because computers were down Wi Fi blocks MAC addresses, front desk didn 't know how to unlock an individual address (i.e. gaming/entertainment sysetms won 't connect to their Wi Fi) Direct TV in room kept cutting out Stand alone AC units leave you with two options freezing cold, or comfortable temp but extreme humidity Fitness center consisted of a rack of dumbells , a single jump box (with a low, 1st floor ceiling) and a Peleton bike that had a Do Not Use sign on it. The fact that the hotel is located at the airport doesn't bother us. Service but subpar. There were three people standing around at breakfast and the coffee that was promised didn't come, so you had to get it yourself. In the evening, the children run around in the hallways and the parents have a drink at the bar. Despite the announcement, service was not the best. Pool dirty.
