We have been Hilton members for years. Made it to Diamond level a few yrs ago. I make all our reservations on the app. We are ex military, currently gov employee. We always use our digital key. This specific time we didn't get our digital key, I called the front desk and she told me she was the only one working the desk. While I understand that, you just needed to send me our digital key. So my husband went to the front desk to get the keys. She said she didn't see our reservation, I gave her the confirmation as we had already picked our room, hence why I parked by the door entrance closest to our room.
