We've had cakes are a couple of times at Himmel and they've always been good and worth stopping in for. However, I've been put off going there by some of the staff who rudely correct customers very aggressively if you order in Hoch Deutsch instead of dialekt. It's mainly in the Konditeri rather than the waiting staff who are generally nice.
Irgendwie etwas verstaubt, aber das macht den Charme aus. Mein Favorit hier: die Eisbecher. Da bekommt man noch richtig guten Rahm und nicht diesen furchtbaren fettarmen Fertig- Sprührahm. Auch das Birchermüsli ist der Hit. Und der Service: da gibt es tatsächlich noch so richtigen Kaffeehaus-Service. Wunderbar!

My friends and I were sick after eating a chocolate mousse cake! When I went back to protest, the customer service did not even propose a refund or apologise! Be careful, guys!
It's a nice place to go. Most often when it is on a sunny day. The only problem is the combination of price (too expensive) and service that are not good.
