Hinode Sushi - Réserver une table

I feel compelled to write this review as we have had the same curious chain of events occur the past two, three times visiting this establishment. I give the food four stars as it is quite good, when one can get service. However, lately my party attempts to dine in and we get seated at a table then...nothing. 10, 15 minutes go by and no further visit from a server occurs so we leave. It doesn't seem to matter if the place is busy or not and the folks seem attentive to others dining at the establishment. We kept coming back to give it another try but I'm not sure we will be doing that anymore as the same thing keeps happening. I can't think of another local restaurant where this kind of thing happens on the regular (The new Thai place next door was great) so I think we will just patronize those places instead! Too bad, as I did enjoy the food here when we could get it.

The sushi is good, but the service is the worst I've experienced in many years. Unfortunately, the service is consistently poor. (It wasn't always bad, it was great several years ago)I've been there about 5 times in the last year and walked out twice because we sat at a table for over 10 minutes without getting so much as a drink order. Note that the hostess knew we were there as she sat us at the table. Also note that it wasn't very busy inside as over half of the tables were vacant. Lastly, I have only walked out of a restaurant due to poor service at most 10 times in my life. Hinode has 30% of those walkout. (And I'm 45 years old)I would only recommend Hinode if you have a LOT of time to wait for a server to acknowledge you are in the building.Maybe sitting at the sushi bar itself would be better.

We absolutely LOVE Hinode! The owner George and his son Keny are outstanding sushi chefs, and create some of the best combination of flavors out there! Our favorite dish there, and what I call the Best bite in Orlando , has to be the Scallop Shot! Just a spectacular blend of texture and flavors!We also love all of the sushi rolls we have tried there, especially the Black Widow, and the Toro Toro rolls. The Summertime is also a fan favorite, as well as the cooked scallops roll. Food and drinks are well priced, and they care about food quality! If you 're looking for the best sushi in Orlando, then look no further!

This was a nice little find. The miso soup and ginger salad were fresh and small, perfect as a starter. The ginger dressing was fresh but a little on the sweet side, for my liking.We got the yellowtail roll, magic roll and Philadelphia roll (in order from left to right). All were fresh and delicious. There’s crunch inside the magic roll and was a nice touch.The service was great, everyone was friendly and attentive. It took a little longer than expected to get our food, but the food was worth the wait.I would recommend and will return.

Another great meal tonight! This is my “go to” sushi restaurant. Fresh fish, beautiful presentation and the spicy scallop shots with sake are a must every time I eat there. The owner always remembers me, which I really nice. Yu must go!!
