Hirschen, Gasthof - Réservation de table

I don't think our waiter was thrilled with serving us. His attention was lackluster at best...maybe overtly unwilling at worst. Case in point, he clears the dishes and we have two empty beer mugs in front of us (which he left behind) and didn't ask us if we wanted more beer, some water, dessert, coffee, nada. I asked for a single scoop of sorbet for dessert...ordered "Williams pear....birne" He brings raspberry. It was excellent raspberry sorbet, lol, but I wanted pear. Anyway, I had the asparagus cream soup. Was nice. My colleague and I both had the cordon blu (the pork version with Gruyere and ham) with fries. Excellent. Recommendation from the local was worth it. Zurich sliced very tasty, brisk service, we 'll be back. Only the dessert we found (at least contrary to the description) a bit boring (but tasty) Service: 5 Location: 5

the other day my wife and I were too hospitable after many years. good selection, friendly service, carefully compiled menu card. look of eating and taste convincing. we were satisfied, we would like to return.

Good place all year long, including charming bar, including cigar smoking lounge. Good food and wines. Fondue in Winter in charming cellar. Hotel for those who do not want to drive after dinner. Réservez une table maintenant

Wir wurden sehr aufmerksam bedient gutes Timing, freundlich, verbindlich. Das Essen hat uns gemundet. Man ging auch auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Sicher wieder einmal zu Gast. Dankeschön!
