Very nice atmosphere, friendly service, the food comes very quickly, despite there being a lot of guests. It was our favorite restaurant during winter holidays for 3 years until we were kicked out early on our last visit this year when the bill was brought to us without being asked after we no longer ordered dessert. Food is rich and tasty. Service very good (serving Wednesday and Friday). Unfortunately, the owners are only discussing it with guests, or no appreciation or solution will be made only if one discusses it. The motto it is like it is common. You could also communicate this other way if you want and like.

I haven't eaten so well for a long time. Everything's right here from the front to the back. Very friendly and child-loving operation, uncomplicated and yet respecting Corona rules. And eating an absolute dream. Very happy again. Réservez une table maintenant

We were eating today at the Hirschsprungstube and were fully satisfied. The food was very delicious and the staff very friendly. We have reserved for the next night! Absolutely recommended!
