The staff at the restaurant were lovely, well-mannered, and polite. The food was served hot, and the spacious environment had machines to keep the kids entertained. The only downside was that the roast portions were quite small; they resembled kids' meals. While the portion sizes were acceptable, they weren't outstanding. I really enjoyed the Candymania sundae, which was delicious, as were the garlic breaded mushrooms. My family received their meals fairly quickly. If it weren't for the food portion issue, I would have given this place a full 5 stars.
I visited The Opposite with some friends after Hobson’s Choice for breakfast, and it was the perfect choice! I ordered the big plate, or something like that, and let me tell you, it was a generous portion—enough to satisfy even the hungriest person! The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Great job, and thank you!
I took a group of clients from the residential home I work at. They have a range of various disabilities. The staff were extremely welcoming and showed a caring approach to our clients. The staff behind the bar were great. Food was lovely. Wish I could share some of the happy photos but because of consent I am unable. Thanks again.
Food and service was great! Service was quick and the food was tasty, not a single negative thing to say, me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Staff are kind and checked on us to see if we was enjoying the food. Definitely recommend!! 10/10 from plain waffle girl :

We had a lovely lunch here. Friendly staff, great service, wonderful food, at fair prices. The tables are nicely spaced and very clean. Car park is not too bad, a few disabled bays but all bays not too far from the doors.
Today, we had the best meal we've ever had here. The steak was cooked to perfection and served hot. The service was good, even though the restaurant was busy. We will definitely be coming back!
