Hochalm am Untersberg

On a very cold and snowy day in April we went up to the top of Untersberg and stopped in here to warm up and were so glad that we did.It had only just opened for the day and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The view for up here is amazing, but due to the bad weather and our inappropriate clothing/footwear we were advised against exploring the top of the mountain that day. We opted for a hot chocolate with local rum which was amazing. Don't bother with the cafe in the cable car station, just head up to this place - you'll be glad you did - it's worth it.

Не большое кафе с молодыми дружелюбными хозяевами. Выпили по кружечке горячего вкусненького яблочного сидра и полюбовались великолепными видами. Есть пледы для желающих посидеть на открытой площадке и шезлонг для желающих позагорать.

Wonderful service after a hike to the top to a family of four. Menu was perfect in meeting all of our wishes with some unique specials including venison with spatzel, curry sausages, and frankfurters for the kids. Highly recommend!

I really did like this reasutaurant the service was wonderful.the food was???????? .I really liked the lady that atended us she was funny and happy.

Vällagad Österrikisk mat och gott vitt vin med en underbar utsikt. Det finns även trevliga vandringsleder i anslutning till restaurangen.
