Today we made a small trip to the north of Saarland in a rainy but dry weather, to Losheim an See, although our intended destination would have been Lake Bostal. That's it. We eat more often the Melzersalat and are quite satisfied with it. This time we decided on the Saarland speciality filled, potato dumps with sour wort. The plate of my accompaniment was very good. The lumps tender and fluffy, the sour wort tasty and sufficient, as well as the sauce. My clubs were probably hopped out of the broth a little too early, so they were still semi-crude and hard, and they also probably only have a small track of sour wort as a companion.
