Excellent food! I was already in many Bavarian inns, but I never had such extremely good Bavarian food. You think it comes to a normal pork roast, but NO: the meat is nicely tender and with a perfect crust, so that you can still cut it with the knife but still good crunchy; the dumpling seemed to have been bought, but it seems to be put on quality there, so you can't complain; but my personal highlight was the roast sauce: I can't describe it, but it was just the best I've ever eaten to put in it! My colleague had pork medallions with homemade latencies and fresh mushrooms, also he swarm from his dish. As dessert there were fresh superb Kaiserschmarrn and a strawberry ice cup. We sat in the...
