We were guests from Friday to Sunday. All were very friendly. The bartender is a very great employee who can also handle the trainees very well. Pool and sauna area were clean and made a good impression. What has disturbed something was a partly extremely loud water inlet in the pool. The water could have been a bit warmer.The breakfast was very good. We could not try the food in the restaurant because of lack of reservation.Rooms: room was neat, the price appropriate. A beautiful quiet wellness hotel right on Lake Constance. The sauna has the perfect view of the lake and you can cool down directly there, as a direct way over the hotel complex leads there, which is super practical. The staff is super-trained and friendly at the reception as well as in the restaurant area. The breakfast buffet leaves no wishes, there is really something for everyone.

I have never experienced such bad service in a gastronomy business. Even if the organizers have ordered too little seats, attentive waiters have to work in a solution-oriented manner and don't have to stand around 5. My Resümee: Not attentive and not friendly! 0 stars.

No culmination in dealing with unused 10 Spa card that had expired due to Corona Pandemie. The proposal to exchange them into a new card for an additional fee was also rejected. We are disappointed and find that petty. Réservez une table maintenant

Pleasant, well maintained hotel right by the lake. Spacious, clean room. Friendly and attentive staff. Large spa area, outdoor sauna with lake view. Very good kitchen. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

No one can reach, no access by phone, only AB, probably lack of personnel, was already so in 2019. Unfortunately, the next hotel that the Höri will be consecrated due to lack of leadership.
