A beautiful quiet wellness hotel right on Lake Constance. The sauna has the perfect view of the lake and you can cool down directly there, as a direct way over the hotel complex leads there, which is super practical. The staff is super-trained and friendly at the reception as well as in the restaurant area. The breakfast buffet leaves no wishes, there is really something for everyone.

I have never experienced such bad service in a gastronomy business. Even if the organizers have ordered too little seats, attentive waiters have to work in a solution-oriented manner and don't have to stand around 5. My Resümee: Not attentive and not friendly! 0 stars.

We were there over New Year's Eve. Mega beautiful the food grandios and the service also super. Very nice staff and the bosses are also great. Go on. We'll be back safe. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
