I have never experienced such bad service in a gastronomy business. Even if the organizers have ordered too little seats, attentive waiters have to work in a solution-oriented manner and don't have to stand around 5. My Resümee: Not attentive and not friendly! 0 stars.

No culmination in dealing with unused 10 Spa card that had expired due to Corona Pandemie. The proposal to exchange them into a new card for an additional fee was also rejected. We are disappointed and find that petty.

No one can reach, no access by phone, only AB, probably lack of personnel, was already so in 2019. Unfortunately, the next hotel that the Höri will be consecrated due to lack of leadership.

Very nice service. Great sauna area . Food very good . My son with wife and friends come . My daughter has also shown interest. It's worth it! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 3
