After the exhaustive visit in the great Castle, we needed a local gastronomic experience nearby. We were hungry but felt that deserved some nice food. And that's it! Speisekarte with fantasy and very good quality local standards but the Connaisseur's will also find their pleasure. Everything fresh and inquestionnable quality. Service very friendly and quick. Prices reasonable.

All the four dishes we had were amazing in taste and presentation (even though the goulash had a strange sweet spice in it), For austrian Gasthäuser standards the portions weren't too large, the staff was friendly The location is very beautiful inside and outside (very near Riegersburg castle), and you can also taste and buy wines produced there
