Hofcafe Bamberg

The Hofcafe is located right next to the inner city campus of Bamberg's university. Hence there are many young people around. All in all the visitors are pretty mixed though which makes for a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. There are several vegan and vegetarian dishes on the menu which are clearly marked as such. There also is a special menu that changes around every other week and also contains one vegetarian dish. The prices range from around 7 to 12 Euro. They offer breakfast till 4 pm and have vegan option there too. (Haven't tried this one yet. As a whole I would say their food is pretty decent yet nothing special. They are a solid choice for food in the inner city.

It's a nice place with outside and inside seating options. They have a page in their menu dedicated to vegans food one vegans breakfast option which I had. Bebause we chose to sit outside on the street, we had to tell the staff, which at first seemed to ignore us. But once we ordered everything went fine and we had a good time. But, even though I ordered the vegans breakfast, which includes a hot beverage I had to pay extra for soy milk. :

Friendly, bright, quite large place, a little bit hidden in 2nd floor. In the middle of old town. A few vegetarian and vegan options; however, composition of burger patty completely unknown to all members of staff (i.e., it might have been prepared elsewhere? . ‚Gluten free‘ listed together with vegan menu items ;

Here you will find vegan food for every meal. The vegan breakfast is delicious and comes with stirring tofu and also receive lunch and evening You have a whole page full of vegan options (if not exactly Corona)

We checked after breakfast, they offer a vegan breakfast (gecrambled tofu, vegetables, margarine, jam and a bread): very rich and tasty. They also have oat milk. The prices were normal.
