Excellent Prime Rib Steaks for all steak lovers!! A Must-go-to place in Perth!!!We had just arrive at the restaurant and immediately we had a table. We were flipping through the menu, deciding on what to order, when a waiter came by. Seeing as we weren't locals (obviously), he immediately gave his recommendations. He strongly recommends the Prime Rib Steaks and that was what we had got. The meal was excellent and we had truly enjoyed it to the fullest and left the restaurant greatly satisfied.Only flaw is that the Merchandise Section was a bit too small. Would recommend expanding it so that tourists like me could get some stuff back. But all in all, great food, great service, fantastic beers...
The portions of food are decent as well as the taste of the steak and sauce. The sides are a little bit pricey but they did taste good, especially the potato skins. We came for the cheese sticks but unfortunately they weren't on the menu anymore???? I really enjoyed the mocktails, very refreshing. We received good customer service and left feeling super full. Overall a good meal, but could be a bit cheaper.
Fantastique restaurant pour un repas rapide avant de se rendre à un spectacle. Nous avons tous deux eu le steak des yeux de la côte (une avec sauce aux champignons) avec une salade et des frites bouclées. Le steak a été cuit parfaitement ... moyen rare et moyen et énorme pour le prix. Aussi des souvenirs intéressants de temps passé sur l'écran.
Dont expect an excellent cut of steak here. Its not what they do. What they do is offer a fantastic slow cooked, well prepared steak. You are not paying an arm and a leg for a tiny portion of the best steak you have eaten but you are getting a decent serve of a juicy flavorful meal. Just don't ruin it by getting it well done...

Used to be one of my favorite steak place until my recent visit. Staff was friendly as usual. Tiptop service. But the steak was way under seasoned and cooked more to a medium well instead of medium rare. And to top it all, the whole family had diarrhoea... sad to say.. but you won't be seeing me or my family there ever again
Fantastic restaurant for a quickie meal before heading to a show. We both had the rib eye steak (one with mushroom sauce) with salad and curly fries. The steak was cooked perfectly...medium rare and medium and huge for the price. Also interesting memorabilia from times past on display.
Came here on the busy labour day long weekend, to my surprise, our steak and appetizers were delicious. The crumbed calamari was fresh, tender and our steaks were perfectly medium rare. The staff were helpful and friendly even though they were flat out busy.
We were seated fairly quickly as they were not busy.The steak was not up to the standard of other Hogg's cafes we have been to. The salad was a little on the limp side as it had been prepares many hours ago.Would not go there again.

A little disappointed that this place doesn't sell ribs despite the marketing, it sells rib eye steak predominantly.
The food was overpriced and average, okay not a place I'd go back to though.
Really really lousy food! Totally not worth what we paid. Service was ok. But the food is really bad. Feels like it's fresh from the microwave.
