I have previously dined in at Hogs Breath but this was my first experience getting takeaway from them. I was glad to support a local business and was pleased to see that the takeaway menu offered the same options as the dine-in menu. Despite being the only customer at the time, I received professional service and my order was ready quickly. I ordered two chicken parmesans with chips and salad. Both dishes were freshly prepared, hot, and delicious. The salad was fresh and had a good variety of ingredients, while the parmesan was well-cooked, juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and loaded with cheese and tomato. I will definitely be coming back next time.
We had a lovely quiet lunch to celebrate a birthday with a group of four. The restaurant wasn't very busy and we were well taken care of by the staff, who even surprised us with a complimentary slice of birthday cake and a round of happy birthday wishes. The lunch menu was reasonably priced at $9.90, but we found the options to be lacking so we opted to order from the main menu instead. While the main menu items were more expensive, the portion sizes were generous and the ribs in particular were delicious. Overall, it was a good experience, although not super budget-friendly especially if you include alcoholic drinks.
Arrived at the restaurant was shown to our table fairly promptly. The girl who served us mostly was not at all friendly, did not smile appeared to us as though it was too much trouble to serve us. Our drinks arrived from yet...another unfriendly staff member, then our meal was delivered by the girl who seated us. Still no smile or offer of professionalism. The meal was pretty average. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium, but the more I ate, the more rare it became. Not too impressed. I would not come back to this place again I would not recommend it to anyone who asks.
I called with two friends, as we had decided to have ripened for dinner as a ride. I oredered the baby back ribs ar $41.50 thought it would be a decent service with wedges included, but after arriving home I was not impressed by the...portion size at all. 500g ribs and wedges that looked like puffy potato skins are not wedges. when ordering 3 adults and saying that it was a considerable size as they would expect very disappointed for the price and will not return. $41.50 for serving naps was not value for money. but I lost every return from me or my friends who visited me. I love the tender soft steak at Hog's Breath cooked medium. It comes with 2 sides choice of sweet potato wedges, curly fries, caesar salad or greens. I like having the option of 3 steak sizes LIte, Traditional or Mega. For me, a...Lite is sufficient and the price is low. With my lifetime membership, I get a 25% off the mains and a free birthday main each year.
a casual “Catch up” for a group of friends. Senior menu, great value, good price. service was fast and friendly, our waitress knew their stuff. she really did good suggestions. the food was beautiful, so fresh and tasteful. excellent serve sizes. we will. back to the road
