Hoi Sum is a lovely friendly intimate Oriental restaurant nestled away near the train station in Eastbourne. My partner and I have tried lots of chinese throughout UK including many in London but Hoi Sum in Eastbourne we both feel is the best of them...all. The staff are friendly and went on friday night which considering we had not booked a table, they were able to seat us quickly and proceeded to serve us food so good that it wiped away the stress of the working week We highly recommend this restaurant as its a hidden Gem of Eastbourne We have had Singapore vermicelli Kung Po Prawns Aromatic crispy duck Sizzling beef with ginger and spring onions variety of other dishes and its all outstan...

As good as ever. A great place to eat a stones throw from the station. Great service, food and prices. Lunch is an incredible price for the set meals. Just right portion size and big for the price. Have been coming here for years and...is a must for visitors.
