Holdaak Fried Chicken

I was headed to Subway and instead decided to try this place a few doors down. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean it was. I walked up to the counter, looked at the menu and decided on the chicken sandwich. The young girl behind counter was nice and friendly, and briefly went over their flavors/options for the sandwich and sauce. The original chicken sandwich was tasty, the slaw was crunchy, and the fries were well seasoned and paired very well with the sauce. I will definitely be back to try another item on their menu.

Okay. I couldn't help myself. I wanted to give this place another try and I went back for the 10 piece chix wings. I was thinking I would have lunch for 2 days......WRONG. The cook had the flame on too high. She burnt my chix on the outside. A few of my wings were cooked through, other pieces were still pink and a little ****. Gross Threw it all away. What a waste!! At least the nasty cashier wasn't there. I dealt with a pleasant Asian man instead. Won't be going back though. Holdaak management needs to get their act together.

My boyfriend and I used to eat at kyochon alot in ktown but moved to Montebello and craving korean fried chicken. Altho this place was good, the wings did not hit the same spot as kyochon. I did like how crunchy they were. Alos the sauce came separately instead of already mixed in which i found really odd. We also got the chicken wrap but there wasn't much chicken. it was mostly fries. I would come back to try the spicy chicken sandwich. Still good tho solid 3/5 stars overall.

Ordered for delivery and idk I guess I ordered too close to closing , but the sandwich was TASTELESS. The salad they put on the sandwich idk was sour. No sauce on the sandwich. Dryer than the desert. Next time instead of putting together a sloppy old chicken burger just cancel my order pls. Idk how you have 4 1/2 stars on yelp .
