I went to Holiday Stationstores to buy a Monster, and the service from the cashier named Shawn was disappointing. At first, he greeted me and my friend, which seemed friendly, but when I tried to use my card, the machine wasn’t working. He gave me directions quietly, making it hard to hear, and I could tell he was getting irritated because he became snappy.

Another Holiday location couldn’t print a fishing license because their printer was down, possibly for up to a week. The employee even suggested they might as well remove all the machines from these stores if they don’t intend to sell licenses.
