I highly recommend this business although you will have to call in orders ahead of time and pick them up on an agreed upon time and date. The raspberry petite fours here are to die for and on par with the creations taught and produced at the Culinary Institute of America/ a claim that i do not make lightly. I will have to try more of their delicious and beautiful desserts sometime soon. I would post pictures, but I always end up eating them too fast.
Dianne created the pastries and cookies for our wedding, and it was a wonderful experience! She was easy to communicate with and made adjustments without any hassle when I needed to change a few things just a month before the wedding. The desserts were not only stunning but also incredibly delicious. I highly recommend Holy Cannoli!
She made a cake for my wedding and not only did it look beautiful but tasted AMAZING. All of my guests who had it, loved it. I’m not a carrot cake person.. I’ve tried carrot cake a few different times before.. but the one she makes and made for my wedding day was the best cake I’ve tasted in a long time.
I was thoroughly impressed with my daughter's 4th birthday cake! It featured an amazing giant T-rex sculpture emerging from a jungle scene, and it was delicious as well! Every time I order a cake from Dianne it turns out perfect. Not to mention the price is always right. I send her a picture of what I want and every time it looks better than what I sent her. So, order from Holy Cannoli she is amazing and you will not be disappointed.
