Home Run Cafe is an excellent place to enjoy nightlife on the weekends and indulge in comforting Dominican cuisine. Vegetarian options are available, though the selection is limited. Parking is strictly on the street. The menu features many kid-friendly meals, making it a great choice for families. Additionally, the restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible.
I don't know about the food, I've never had it, been there for the music. Starting at night, they charge $20 dollars just to get in and buy some drinks. It's ridiculous, and I can't believe people actually pay it to get in cause it's not worth it what so ever. This place is advertised as a restaurant ye they charge this amount after starting 9 pm.
The service was terrible; the waitstaff only seemed to pay attention to the men at the table, and we had to wait over an hour for our food to be served. Additionally, there is very limited parking available.
Only bad thing is they charge 20$ at the door I think this was a little to expensive plus if you didnt have cash to pay it you couldn't get in! Other then thats it was OK! Réservez une table maintenant
The chicharrón here is fantastic, but the drinks are quite pricey and the cups are small. Also, the service from the lady at the bar could be better.
The waitresses, if you are a woman, don't pay any attention to you, but for men you do have to wait for them to want to serve you if they usually do.
This is a fantastic spot that I highly recommend for family gatherings, whether you're looking to enjoy a meal or just grab a drink.
