Our family went for the first time. Needless to say unimpressed is an understatement. We chose the buffet- food was cold, not sure how, as the steam from the warmer was pouring out enough to burn your hand when trying to plate your food. Pulled pork was watery and bland, the brisket was like soggy road tire. The elote was soggy and completely flavorless, I couldn't even say that it tasted like water. The fried chicken was doable, again, bland. Now to the absolute worst experience of my life...the mashed potatoes and gravy! I have never in my life pushed away any sort of potatoes until this visit. I visited on Saturday evening for the BBQ buffet, and it was amazing! The food was fantastic, featuring brisket, pulled pork, ribs, smoked meatloaf, Nashville fried chicken, BBQ chicken, beans, corn, mac and cheese, potatoes, gravy, and delicious dinner rolls. If you can't find something to enjoy, you're not paying attention! If you leave hungry, it's on you. And all of this for just $14.00 per person. Homestyle Grille is unbeatable! Service: Dine-in.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. My one-year-old enjoyed a lot of the food too! I had plenty to eat, plus unlimited coffee, all for under $13. Although the waitress was new, she provided excellent service and stayed on top of everything. My coffee cup was always full, which is impressive since I drink a lot of coffee. I highly recommend this place for a great meal!

It can be challenging to get a large table of dishes served hot and ready simultaneously, but this cozy spot definitely delivered. The service was excellent, and the tea and coffee were on its way. I won’t be returning. Receiving raw chicken with blood still in it is really unsettling for me, as I definitely don’t want to risk foodborne illness.
