DO NOT TIP. The gratuity charged is not given to the waitstaff (this was confirmed); it goes straight to the restaurant, effectively becoming an additional source of income for them. This feels dishonest. After raising my concerns, I dealt with the manager, Mr. Penal Patel, who was one of the rudest and most incompetent people I've ever encountered.

The food at Honest was excellent, reminding me of authentic Punjabi home cooking. We tried the Kaju Curry and Cheese Butter Masala, and both dishes were very flavorful. However, the prices seemed a bit steep, with curries around $18 and naan at $6, which is higher compared to other restaurants. Additionally, they add a 15% gratuity for parties of four or more, making the meal even more expensive. Next time, I’d prefer to order takeout unless dining in is necessary.
Such really good place for Pav-bhaji, Pulav, Pizza and other quick bites. I really like the way this place treat their customers, their service was quick, staff was friendly. Food we ordered was maintained as per taste level. I think many Indianfood business can learn from this place. For example: I had completely opposite and horrible experience at this new place called?Bollywood grill? and stopped by here on next day. Completely worth spending my money here!
I absolutely love the Honest Special Grill sandwich! I really wish there was a location of this restaurant closer to me. I didn't realize that this place was entirely vegetarian—my mistake for not paying close attention. Nonetheless, the sandwich was incredibly delicious! I'd definitely eat here every week if I had the chance. Vegetarian options: Only vegetarian dishes available!

Amazing Pav Bhaji! Only the parsippany branch has the best pav bhaji. Must have the Ragda pani puri it?s much better than the regular one you get as you get hot channa , reminds you of Indian street Pani puri. The Chinese dishes here are amazing ! Theregular home food like Dal and rice are also amazing. Must try the Kadai Paneer too.

Very good food, with a range of options from street food to various dishes. Post the pandemic, certain dishes are unavailable, however it is still a great option for delicious vegetarian food. They have numerous locations all across the country and it is fairly easy to find them. Well worth the visit!
I ordered takeout from Honest and had a pretty good experience. We got 6 bhaji pau, 5 veg pulaos, and extra pav. The order was ready right on time, and we only waited about 5 minutes for the food. The spice level was just right! Definitely planning to order again!
