Unbelievably fast Thanksgiving spread. The line was out the door and down the street. But well worth the 40 minute wait to save hours of kitchen time. Their food is always great especially for non-homemade. It looks good. Smells delish. And oh sooo yummy. They do an exceptional job in making any novice look like they got up at 5AM worked every burner on the stove and the broiler, just for you. Singles when it’s your turn, turn to HoneyBaked. Of course it does help if you hit the grocery store and pick up some fresh fruit and a pickle or cheese dish. And don’t forget an extra pillow for the couch. No football game is better than a good food coma.
Sabrina, who was in the back, came out and was extremely rude. She informed me that they wouldn't honor the flyer. At that point, I was eager to leave. The phone was ringing incessantly, but no one was answering. Another customer walked in but was completely ignored. It’s clear that some customer service training is needed!
As for the ham, it was mediocre at best—with a lot of fat, and when I sliced it, all the toppings came off in one piece. I've been a regular at this store for years, but I’ve never encountered service like this before.
The ham was great even reheated several times, used in Cordon Bleu, with eggs and in bean soup. It didn't get dry and the flavor stayed delicious. I would probably always use the delivery in the future as I don't really live that close to Oakland. I guess my only request would be for more sides, the rolls or whatever other options you might think people would like to go along. TV ads hooked me.
HoneyBaked products are excellent... always. This location is little tricky to find, but worth the hunt. Extremely friendly staff, excellent at making good sandwiches. Sign up for the 'program ' and get regular deals sent to your phone. The buy one sandwich combo and get one combo free is a GREAT bargain!!

the food there is delicious. by the way this is where you want to get your thanksgiving food. the best ham and turkeys, the best sides, cheesy potatoes are my favorite oh and the stuffing! . sandwiches they serve are ?
Sandwich had fresh bread and was well-constructed. Flavor was great. Staff were friendly and greeted me as I entered the store. Haven't been there during the high volume time (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
I ordered my Christmas ham online to skip the long lines, which can be quite overwhelming. Although their hams are twice the price of those at grocery stores, the flavor and texture make it worth every penny.
It was two days before Christmas, and everything was running incredibly smoothly at the restaurant. Even without a reservation, I was in and out in no time with a delicious ham!

Why was thanksgiving pickup longer then walkins? this was the sweet potatoe soufflé very disappointed especially for what i paid for
