We were first time guests. We give 5 stars out of 5. I come from Memphis, TN where BBQ is king. The sliced brisket was better than Memphis and the pulled pork was just as good. The homemade BBQ was sweet with a smidge of heat! The homemade desserts we had to take home (peach and apple cobbler).Parking: To this guy, parking was wonderful as I have a messed up knee and the accessibility was perfect.Kid-friendliness: A kid’s menu is included. While we were there, kids enjoyed Jake the Macaw.
To start, they have a GORGEOUS Macaw inside and he's kinda loud, so be prepared to be startled occasionally. He's beautiful!Secondly, the staff was super friendly! Our waitress never seemed rushed even though they were busy while we were there. She let us take our time and enjoyed the couple minutes to breathe. Third- The food was absolutely delicious!! Shawda (I think) was wonderful!! Thank you for taking the time and being patient with our largish party.
The wonderful aroma of smoked meats greeted us as we walked to the door. We were greeted and seated immediately. My husband and I shared an order. (I am so glad we did). The amount of food that came was enough for two. You will not be disappointed ..Our kids however ate all of theirs. We also enjoyed having the natural light from the windows on both sides of the restaurant. We will come back. Service: Dine in
Honey Creek BBQ has the greatest chicken fried steak! It comes in a large plate and fills it completely. It comes with mashed potatoes and green beans but I substituted fried okra for the green beans. It is always fantastic! I am always stuffed after eating it. I highly recommend it! If you like a bourbon old fashion, have Carolyn make you a smoky one. They 're worth the wait.The smoked brisket Philly steak sandwich will melt in your mouth!The fried pickles also hit the spot!The service was awesome!
We were there for supper and the had great food. All in our party was happy with their meals, we found out that they have sushi a couple of our group had California spicy rolls and loved them.
