Can?t get through on phone, I?ve tried several times. You can never get through and voicemail box is always full. First sign of terrible customer service. BUT aside from the poor personalities on just about every single girl who works here (sans girl who wears the leopard mask that is generally nice but today also threw her hand up at me when I tried explaining why I wear a bunch of PPE to the drive-thru window ? for a very GOOD REASON). Was very slow Today my dog came to the lady, there was very rude, didn't even greet me! I just bruised because she brought my dog in, like she can't be in here, I was like okay, I don't bring her the next time she's like no! It was hot in the car! And a big truck blocked the drive. So I said good and I went and I won't go bk I muddled the door on the way out and she cried on me again! She needs better customer service! Btw Dünkin bring your dogs in!
Just go here once a year, today I was reminded of why. The girls are so rude. They need to change their tone and the way they talk to customers. The girl in the window could not have been more pleasant. She's the one who should take orders, not the one who sounds annoying that you're thru on the ride.
