I initially regretted ordering the mild soondubu soup, but my regret turned to shock when I noticed a bug had been sampling the tofu. I have visited this restaurant several times and always enjoyed it, but this experience was extremely disappointing. It has been a long time since I last dined here, and this incident left me feeling so let down. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my disappointment, particularly since I only spotted the bug when transferring the soup to a larger bowl.

Kogiya believes they face tough competition from other places, with Honey Pig being a close rival. However, Kogiya still comes out on top. During our visit with four friends, we ordered the combo meat, which was satisfyingly normal. The service was quick and the meat was delicious. The Soju options were on point. Overall, we had a good experience and plan to return in the future. Rating: 4.1/5

Have eaten here about half a dozen times. Service is usually good. a younger crowd than so down the street. the food just went like 25% on their lunch menu. Combo for 2 was 29.99, now $39.99. But the food is very good, very consistent, and I love to come here when I'm in the area. Because it was a Friday, lunch specialists didn't apply, so I just got the Boggi. It was great!

I have visited this restaurant several times. The food is consistently delicious, but the service can be hit or miss. Be sure to ask for jalapeños, garlic, Ssamjang, and sesame oil if you want them with your Korean BBQ, as they are not always automatically included. We ordered the premium combo and it was more than enough to feed five people.

The food and service was excellent and no rush while eating. We got the pork combo since it was just the two of us; comes with rice, an egg soup for each person and a bunch of shareable side dishes. There?s also free WiFi if you?re into that sorta thing when eating, personally I didn?t use it. Overall, great experience!

They forgot my drink and when I ordered myself, they took out the wrong meat. They corrected it and brought out Bulgogi, but never brought out my drink. Was still good, but two big mistakes. I like how they cook it for you.

Been here 5 years ago, still amazing food! Just price went up a little bit but the food still as great as it used to be. Recommend fresh pork belly! Will be back again!

In and dined in about 45 minutes. Quick service, portions are significantly smaller now. Servers are helpful as well as the water boys. Enjoyed!
