Honey-jam Cafe (formerly Butterfield's)

The New Mexico Skillet with pancakes. First time here, worth it. This skillet, which I thought may need hot sauce, was very spicy and delicious. The service was great and my meal came out really fast. After I ordered, I took two sips of my coffee and my meal arrived. This place was packed but didn't have to wait long. I will be back.

This is one of my favorite places to go for breakfast or brunch. They offer the usual breakfast place items and a few unique ones, including seasonal offerings. Servers are attentive and friendly. Overall, it's a great value. Réservez une table maintenant

Went right as they opened (6:30am) service and food were fantastic. Highly recommend this place. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a perfect pancake until today.
