Hong Kong Buffet

Hong Kong Buffet Treasure hidden under an ordinary stripe mall in New Hope. The food is delicious. Buffet is a great price (and includes drinks). The staff is pleasant and quick to clean tables / clear plates. The House Roll is an outstanding appetizer that is worth trying. The servings take and dine in the buffet. From the moment I went to the door, the food smells amazing. The restaurant was clean and has beautiful Asian style decor with a waterfall well on the front of the restaurant and multicolor LED lights over the buffet. The stand seats are plush and comfortable. There are three buffet tables 1 for salad/fruit and 2 for Entrees/Appetitor. The temperature was precisely on hot and cold objects. Serving typical Asian American farewell: rice, chicken n broccoli, lume, fish, sweet n sour chicken, pot stickers, canton soup etc. The House Roll was remarkable is a handmade fluffy pastry with meat filling rolled inside. Tastes so good! The buffet also includes your own drink and an ice cream machine. The food was prepared in small batches so that it remained hot and fresh. The staff was quickly refilled when the bays ran low. I definitely have a good value for the money. I enjoyed both food and ambience. Great place for family dinners or small meetings.

Easily my favorite buffet in Minnesota. I'm basically a regular at this point, food is always great and they do a fantastic job keeping everything stocked and fresh. I love that if you come in later in the night they will ask if there is anything in particular you really wanted and cook up a fresh batch. Customer service is always fantastic. It's worth a visit in my book.

I really love eating because every dish has a unique taste. Other Asian buffets all taste the same. It would be good to update the restaurant something. It looks tired

4.5 stars. Even the ice was really good. Eggs foo young ok. General Tso Huhn was tender and tasty as always. I had a lot of happy return.

Food is good after day. U can say who loves her job and who doesn't cook
