Great job with the Christmas dinner rush! The amount of orders they put out while I was waiting was really impressive. Our dinner was good and everyone enjoyed their meal. Thanks to everyone on the Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant team tonight! Order time was long today but they got everything correct and they handled the rush well. For the first timers, this is a carry out business. There is minimal seating for those waiting to pick up orders. They do not have a dining room.
I ordered the Mapo Tofu, and it was rather disappointing. It was mostly just tofu and vegetables in a spicy brown sauce, lacking the distinct flavors of Sichuan pepper or bean sauce. However, the teriyaki chicken appetizer was fantastic! The chicken was flavorful and cooked to perfection.
Egg rolls are good. All the fried chicken is good. Portions are good. Nothing I've gotten has been bad. Egg foo was solid. Veggie dishes with the brown sauce were a little bland for me but it felt light which was nice. For what's around here, it's one of the better places.
The food was the worst food I have EVER had!!! Greasy....everything tasted like lard....NO FLAVOR!!!! I called them....they said sorry....$45 down the drain!!!! I would never eat there again.....we usually order from the one in waterford and it is EXCELLENT!!!! Réservez une table maintenant
The beef egg foo young was awesome the pad tai didn’t have a lot of flavor and no peanuts on it. We didn’t care for the egg rolls Wing Lauks egg rolls are much better. But will definitely get the beef egg foo young
It's a takeout spot. The food is tasty, but the staff lacks friendliness. During my last four visits, I've experienced unkindness both when placing my order and when picking it up.
I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! Ellen was incredibly kind, and the food was delicious. I give it five stars all the way!
Don’t wast your money on the Pu Pu Plater! Horrible and over priced. Everything over cooked and hard. Réservez une table maintenant
