Absolutely love the food, I 've been coming here weekly for two years. I order the same thing every week. The last three weeks I 've had a woman be so rude to me. Tonight I screwed my order up I guess. I asked her to fix it when I got to window. She said nope Can 't, it 's already made. So I told her to have a goodnight and left. I will not spend another dime at you establishment. And think about that, 21.70 cents for two years.i couldn 't imagine if I told my customers. Nope cant .....
The lobby still is closed, pulled into the drive through to the speaker. Was told to drive to the Window. Sat there for over 10 minutes before they would take my order. I ended up having to knock on the window. To get their attention because they were inside eating instead of taking care of the customers. It's a shame that their customer service skills suck because they have decent food.
After five years of getting chicken lo mein with no onions they decided apparently yesterday that they can't do that anymore. What's funny is how many times I've defended them and recommended them to friends and family and customers. I definitely won't be doing that anymore. Looks like I'm going to have to drive to Branson to get good Chinese food from now on.
Amazing food AND even better people :)I drove through really close to closing, and couldn’t get my order straight. Even though I was already up to the window they got me setup with what I wanted and were super friendly through the whole process. The two ladies I spoke with were saints and they deserve all the great reviews so here is one! Réservez une table maintenant
The employees gave me my food and took off without giving me the drinks. I waited a while and finally drove around to go through the drive-thru again and saw the employees outside smoking. The employee went back in to answer the speaker and made my drinks. No apology or anything for wasting my time. Not going back.
Waited In line in the drive thru with one car in front of me for over 30 minutes. Was told it was a shift change. Really? How do other restaurants manage to change shifts seamlessly. Learn how to operate your business or close up shop. All you are doing is frustrating people.
