Shocking service tonight! Ordered food which came to a certain price when ordering but they decided to add a service charge after it, I was paying cash and offered to pay rest by card or transfer them it but the guy grabbed the food away so I just told them it doesn’t matter and I’ll go to the other Chinese down the road which I did and got it £3 cheaper they lost an order because of a 50p charge they didn’t tell about unless you check email, won’t be returning back to this place, yes it was 50p but could of let me off just this once but instead showed bad service so will stick to the other 2 Chinese takeaways in Thornaby
Ordered a curry and chips with noodles was waiting for 2 HOURS only to get it freezing cold food curry like custard absolutely disgusting just chucked it in the bin its not like I don't know what hot and cold is but then to be contradicted by the delivery driver real shame its going down hill don't order as I only live round the corner but seems to much of a challenge for them to deliver hot food real shame
Got the Noodle Munchie Box and some BBQ Ribs. The Prawn Crackers were really stale. More than a few days old. Not even crunchy and tasted disgusting. They left a fould taste. The BBQ sauce on the ribs didn't have much flavour.The munchie box was decent to be honest however, didn't get much Salt and Pepper chicken maybe 5 small pieces. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
This Chinese restaurant is honestly the best I've had in a long time. I highly recommend it as it is very reasonably priced with amazing service. The dinner meal was around £20-30 per person, and the food, service, and atmosphere were all rated a perfect 5. I recommend trying the Chips, Fried Rice, and Special Chow Mein dishes.
