We took our son here to celebrate his birthday, The food came out really fast but was kinda let down when the waiter just grab the bag that was full of food and just poured it onto the dish and just walked away. Not like the rest of the other waitress where they were tossing around the bag ?? we tried to get more refills but are waiter was to busy watching the football games so we had to get someone 's else attention to do his job! There was numerous times that we had to get other service to help us cause he continued not to care so much about us and was more concerned about his football game! very very poor service from this waiter!..And when he finally came to check on us he had a small s...
I lost a item off my phone when my grandson accidentally dropped it. I left the restaurant for a minute and went back in and asks for the item since they had cleaned the table. The manager absolutely refused to help me look. He was saying some stupid things like maybe I didn’t leave it there! WTH?! Really?! Don’t go to this establishment because there’s no recourse to the employees that steal! If you like to keep your belongings I suggest you go somewhere else! Pathetic management!!! No corporate numbers to follow up with either!! I’m leaving reviews on every platform!
