It was our first visit to this restaurant, and I initially felt like I had walked into a cafeteria with an artistic vibe. You go to the front to place your order, and they give you a number. The food was decent, but it didn't quite reach the level of the best grilled dishes we've had. That being said, it might still be the best spot in town for others; it just didn't stand out to us as exceptional. The young woman at the front was very charming, and the welcoming aroma upon arrival was delightful. We'll definitely return when we're back in town.
The food was just terrible. I ordered a slab of ribs along with three side dishes. The ribs were tasteless, and the pork and beans, as well as the green beans, seemed like they were straight out of a can. The final straw was the potato salad. I called to let the server know that the mayonnaise in the salad had a rancid taste, and her response was, "I'm not sure what you want me to do about it. This is how we make our salad!"
The cashier was nice, but the food was AWFUL! I ordered my food to go (smoked white meat, baked beans, and slaw). I stopped in approximately 45 minutes before they were set to close. The chicken was DRY salty, the slaw beans were bland beyond belief, and cake was soggy wet due to not being wrapped. It was placed in the plate with the other food. The whole plate was a waste of . Needless to say, I'm not hooked!!!
The service was fine. Everyone was friendly. No problems there. The food, however, was terrible. The pork was bland. The kids' chicken tenders were bland. The BBQ sauce is just tangy ketchup. I had the BBQ salad with pork and woke up at 2am sick to my stomach, so there's that. There should be more kid options as well, but we won't be back for it anyway. Zero out of 10. I do not recommend. The ribs was so good, I didn't need any sauce on the ribs they were that good. The only complaint I have is that it wasn't enough of it for the $20 something I spent on the plate. There was only 5 ribs lol. It was over $30 with doordash but you would think there would have been at least a couple more ribs. But overall I would eat here again. It was very good to me. Thanks
I've picked up food from this restaurant several times, and each time has been disappointing. The pork is often served cold, and the beans and slaw are bland and watery. Prices keep increasing, which is frustrating. It used to be a great place for BBQ, but I'm going to have to find a new spot for good BBQ. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.
The food here is incredible! I had never tried BBQ Nachos before, and they exceeded my expectations! The restaurant is spacious and spotless. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and our order was taken and served promptly. Everyone we encountered seemed happy and welcoming. I will definitely be returning. The service and food are both outstanding!
