hubbs and I stopped by the afternoon. we sat fast and the pure server welcomed us in time. she was happy and outraged, even though this is at the end of the covid and they had restrictions on place and that seemed to take away a little hooter's charm. cutely smiling people are friendly and dedicated to what I expect from hooters, but of course covid has changed that much, so that I feel the ladies were still very sweet and welcoming, what made my visit here even better. Was hoping to have a good meal or at least a good experience, WRONG.. The manager needs a class in customer service or at least I how to great people.. The chicken tacos we ordered were partially cooked. They asked if we wanted the kitchen to remake it or if we want something else-NO. Why would we want the kitchen to make something else if they couldn’t cook it right the first time.. My meal was make wrong. The excuse was that the kitchen was in a hurry and didn’t pay attention to the ticket, poor excuse. The only good of the visit was the server. the hooters on the west side are strange. the waitress is very nice and helpful, but the menu at hooters was always boring. what bothers me most about this place is how dirty it is always. I've been here in the last 2 or 3 years about 10 times and every time I come here, everything is sticky, the menus are all rough, the floor stinks, I have no idea what's going on. I guess it's just old and beaten and nobody really cares. ? I thought the first few times when I went there, it was just unclean, but after the co-viding and switching off it is still the same. this whole place needs new things. tables, chairs, stalls, menus. everything. Otherwise, I always feel like I touch sticky goo here.
Usually Love Hooters and never have any issues…we stopped in today around 3-4pm and the air conditioner is broken. There are no signs or anyone telling customers that the air conditioning is broken. When I asked our sever about the AC she said it was in fact broken for the past month and that “management is not fixing it because it costs 10k!” I can’t imagine how the workers and kitchen staff feel. I was so hot that I didn’t finish any of my food, requested my check promptly and left. We will not be back until the AC is fixed. Hooters should also be ashamed of themselves for allowing the employees to work in that condition.

our wings were so good. most terrible pommes were really good and the fried pickles were amazing. my man ordered a kind of **** mary something or other and that was good. our server was really nice and super efficient. it was great! hooters could not be the typical 5-star place, but that was certainly a 5-star experience! I even have a little bit of a bit in our pickles.
absolutely terrible, was sitting right next to the waiter station and sat there for over 20 minutes and none of the 15 waiters even stopped taking our drink order. 3 other tables sitting and getting help. asked for help and received no one yet. 0 stars ended on the way and go somewhere else
typical hooters. the personal was friendly and attentive. that was not great. it feels like hooters wings aren't just what they were earlier. not sure if it's just this place or hooters in general. great place to watch sports games, many tvs all well placed. food: 3/5
the bar had the original wing with icy. not only was the bartender beautiful, also very attentive to all mozens, not to mention the wings were perfectly prepared to my fön. many places just don't care.

Not good food was terrible and service was not so good either no one to come see how everything was going and drinks took to long. Not really busy when we came to eat here!!!Food: 2/5
My appetizer was delicious but I did not like the texas philly cheesesteak. My waitress was so fine I damn near proposed.
