Kyle was an absolute darling. She was helpful in explaining the different wing options to us, we basically ended up splitting almost 100 wings between the three of us ?.Honestly she was one of the best waitresses I've experienced, trust me I'm an expert on restaurant dining. She was very welcoming and kind! We wish her many blessings in her future ?.The staff gave us the Full Americana experience, by finishing our visit by singing us Happy Birthday! Myself and my friends truly enjoyed our 1st experience, my friends said this was the service they've received in their visit to America!!This NH girl will definitely love to come again!
Did not like the chicken salad sent it back and they still charged me for it. The waitress said the manager said I ate more than half of it but never told me that until I asked. The manager came after I asked and he said I ate all the chicken. I should him there will chicken left in it. The crazy thing is we had about 20 people there and spent well over $350. I would not recommend this place to no one!!!!
Waited 20 mins for a table with an empty dining room (seemed to be enough wait staff). Was finally seated and greeted and told to hold on and she would be right back for a drink order, only to be passed by 5 mins later for a table literally next to us that was seated after us and they received apologies for their wait. By that point we had the menu memorized, but did not bother to stick around.
If you come to Mason hooter and don’t ask for Haley A or her sister you’re really missing out. My party was going to leave because there were on “2” seats at the bar. Well my party was on 2 people. Let me say when Haley A takes care of she is genuine caring and go over and beyond. I am gay and will come back because of her. With good service money isn’t wasted.
