I seldom write negative reviews, but my visit to Hooters last night was truly disappointing—the worst I've had in years. Our group of four was seated in an almost empty restaurant, with only a few clearly over-served guests at the bar. We waited over an hour for our wings. When my partner finally bit into his boneless wings, they were still raw. Mistakes happen, but after such a long wait, we asked to speak with the manager. After about 10 minutes, a man who appeared to be the manager came out wearing a chef’s uniform, said “it happens,” and abruptly returned to the kitchen. I rarely leave bad reviews because last night I had the worst experience I had for years. A table of 4 in an empty restaurant with a few over served customers at the bar- we were waiting for our wings for over an hour. Only happy to eat the wings, we started eating until my partner cut into his chicken. His boneless wings were RAW!!! Has improved since the opening a few years ago. The food was pretty slow, about 1/2 hour. Waitress was friendly, but rather not available, except order and only to take first round drinks. In total, it was cooked well for Hooters. Children love fried garbage and eat well. The menu has become thin since Covid and they do not have all the backpacks/sauces on the menu... especially the Cajun. It is from terrible to an average culinary experience. (Service was atrocious when it opened... must be new management). Prices have remained reasonable in view of the cost of the wings on the other hand. Good work, but further improve.
It's Hooters. If you're expecting an outstanding experience, you may want to look elsewhere. If you're interested in scantily clad servers, mediocre bar food, and sports on several TVs viewable from every seating angle, then you've come to the rightplace. Tables weren't cleaned when we arrived so my party picked ourselves up and found one of the clean ones. The server wasvery sweet, chatty and flirty if you're into that sort of thing. Food came out fast and she was very attentive. Nocomplaints. Okay maybe one... if you don't eat meat (like me) you can only choose from nachos, French fries or Mac and cheese.Or go hungry.

Overall food was cooked well for Hooters. Kids love the friedjunk and ate well. Menu has gotten skinnier since Covid and they don't have all the rubs/sauces on the menu... particularly theCajun. It's gone from horrific to an average dining experience. (Service was atrocious when they opened... must be newmanagement). Prices have stayed reasonable given the cost of wings everywhere else. Good job, but keep improving.
I visited Hooters in Dedham yesterday for lunch and had a wonderful experience. At the end of the bar, a young man in his twenties was there with his father and some hand puppets. Despite the busy lunch rush, the staff and bartenders made an effort to engage with him, even taking a selfie with him and his puppets. That level of kindness is uncommon. So, before making any assumptions about Hooters or the amazing people who work there, keep an open mind.
Great place on Route 1 to stop in for drinks! Although finding where to park was a little challenge, getting IN is easy! You're welcomed at the door with a warm smile! No wait to get seated and treated! Drinks are plentiful and so are the TV screens to look at! Bartender makes sure to get you the preferred beverage of YOUR choice; gotta love that! Food tastes as good as it smells. Very clean, well spaced and well staffed. Hooters in Dedham got my vote!
The food was great as usual, and the smoked wings are absolutely the best! It’s an excellent place to catch the World Cup. Our server wasn’t the most attentive, but it was pretty busy, so it’s understandable. One thing that always confuses me is why I have to explain what I mean every time I ask about the Sam Adams Seasonal. I get that it’s a rotating draft beer, but what kind is it? Lol.

Absolutely incredible experience. The wings were perfect and the bud light was just the coldest in the city. Our bartender Elianna was very courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. Their recommendations and their overall effort were not unnoticed. Come back soon!
Wings are so greasy, but are really tasty. They don?t dip wings into the sauce they only put it on top.
