Went on 4/4/22 around 4pm. My two daughters and I ordered wings as usual. The first set that came out were very overcooked, and hard. We ordered spicy garlic (extra wet) and lemon pepper. The waitress said the spicy garlic is now a dry rub now. I informed her I come often, and it’s always a sauce. She took it back and actually brought it back with the correct sauce. So now I had some unknown dry season plus the spicy garlic sauce. HORRIBLE. And my daughters lemon pepper wings looked and tasted like regular plain wings. This was the worst Hooters I've ever visited. The food was truly disappointing. The cheese on the tater tots was so runny that it turned the undercooked potato nuggets into a mushy mess, making the paper they were served on soggy. The Buffalo shrimp had a tough texture, as if it had been sitting in a warmer all day, and it was served barely lukewarm. It's hard to believe the manager isn't aware of these issues, especially since they were informed about the situation but didn't bother to come out and address it. We had to go get our mozzarella sticks off the warmer because the 5 waitresses were sitting around the bar. Didn't get any refills. They brought plastic utensils because their dishwasher wasn't here (because the waitresses couldn't be bothered to wash a couple dishes while they were hanging out at the bar) oh and the shrimp was not good. It tasted like dirty lake water. My fiances wings were not even a little spicy when they were supposed to be the spiciest. This was my first and last time here. Way too expensive for the service and quality of food.

I ordered the Buffalo shrimp, and I highly recommend them! My fiancée had the naked Buffalo wings, and everything was delicious. We definitely plan to eat here more often. Food was spectacular. Almost always is, but this time it was just perfection. Moist, sauce was just right, tots were done perfect. Crunchy outside, tender perfect inside. Service was time to perfection as well. Came by when my mouth want full so I could actually answer a question, was right there when my drink was almost, not quite empty. A good time was had by both my son and I.
We went here for my father-in-law's 84th birthday per his request. The food and service were good. All the girls even sang happy birthday and let me take a pic of them with my father-in-law. He sure enjoyed himself! Oh, and my 21 y.o. finally ordered his first legal drink at dinner. He turned 21 in March and hadn't even had a legal drink until now.
