This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at Hooters. When we arrived, my husband ordered a whiskey neat, and I ordered a mixed cocktail about 10 minutes later. My drink arrived 10 minutes after ordering, but it took three reminders and 30 more minutes for his drink to finally come. Then, 45 minutes after ordering, our food arrived cold—not just lukewarm, but actually cold. The cheese sticks snapped in half, and the marinara sauce was thick and turning brown (see photo). They offered to remake it and asked if we wanted it to go. We declined because we came for hot, fresh food. When the food was brought back out, it was still cold! We told our waitress to forget the food since it was...
My server was terrible! She didn't tell me her name, didn't get refills and definitely did not check back after the food was delivered by someone else. She chose to stand across the restaurant and flirt with these two guys( I know for a fact would not have tipped as big as I would have beings that I am a server also. I'm really glad the manager was paying attention . But the food was good. At least the kids.. Thank goodness for the manager or else that place would be closed already.
Trash environment. Obnoxily loud guys at the bar with terrible music, unauthorized, I'm sure. Maybe even on a Bluetooth speaker. Watching servers are sitting with strange old men. The funny old guy would alert them to guests. The guests didn't want to get a service. The food came out of the slender. I can't refill. This really needs help or completely switched off. And it's not even busy in the distance, so that?s no excuse!
The service was the worst I've ever experienced. It took a long time to get our drinks, and even longer for the appetizer to arrive. When it finally came, the pickles were cold, so we had to send them back. After that, we waited an eternity for our food. There were only two servers working, and there weren't many customers, yet the wait was still unacceptable.

I love Hooters and this place sets a good example of how not to run your restaurant franchise. At least I got to waste 10 minutes of my life sitting at their bar without even a hello with the exception of the hostess at the door. I know you may beshort handed, but at least engage the customer; and not leave them walking out the door unhappy!
My wings looked as though they had been cooked a day or so ahead them warmed up which made them even harder and drier. Hard to chew(no pun intended). The fries were perfect. I did carry out. Maybe next time I'll dine in. My second time trying Hooters. Hopefully the third time will beat charm... If not, I'm Hooter's done for life.
Ordered the build your own burger. Waited a long time to have this come out. As you can see this is far from 2 1/4lb Patties. Didn?t even bother to eat, ended up just leaving. I have eaten at many different Hooters throughout the years and as of todaywill not be going to anymore because of this.
Hooters is decent if you're craving wings. This restaurant I think just got new management it's not too bad anymore. The food is decent but the prices have gone way up it seems....but I suppose that's the new normal everywhere. It's worth going if you want wings.

I had the most enjoyable experience at a Hooters! The staff was not only stunning but also incredibly friendly. The manager was really cool as well. If you can visit when Asia is bartending, you're guaranteed to have a fantastic time!
