Hooters - Réserver une table

In for a quick lunch as I knew what I was getting, and it's quick. Brutal service at the bar. More interested in playing on the phone. Food order incomplete and no cutlure. Had to ask for a fork to eat my food. Lea, who was not my server, was pleasant when I came in and ended up bringing me my food fixed what was missing (ordered shrimp and sauce comes from kitchen) If I had Lea as a server, I think all would be great. I got some cash to tip Lea and thanked her. It's slow I get it, but look after the customers you have.

Waited 30 minutes for bartender to take my order, She never did So I left. 1/10/21 3pm. Follow up 1/21/24, 1:20pm. I came back bartender, got me a beer right away, Dropped it off and turned around as fast as she could. It was almost like she was avoiding me. I came here to eat. She was never came back. I just left cash to pay for my beer and left. Absolutely horrible customer service at this location.

Ordered a Philly cheese steak and fish chips neither came with fries we were told we had to purchase them separately. Ok so why does your menu say all sandwiches come with fries and chips is literally in the name of fish chips. Horrible service.

Past it's significance? At one time the place to be. Should go back to old menu over added items. I really don't see it keeping up with the new highway about to be opening up.

not happy took for ever get our food over hour 14 bucks 6 really small chicken wing !!!! drank 2 beers before food even came out !!! wasn't even busy !!!!
