Decided to come here on a Monday night. Not my first time at a Hooters restaurant, and probably my second or third time (and last at this location. Took roughly 10 minutes for a waitress to come and take the drink order. Fortunately my guest and I went ahead and placed the order for our meals at the same time. After the drinks were brought over, I’d say at least 35 minutes passed before the food arrived. My guest and I ordered a margarita daiquiri, and we both ordered the fish sandwich (easy peasy to cook . The waitress came over at some point closer to the 35 minute mark and asked if everything was okay. I shook my head. She at least apologized for the wait, and asked if we wanted a drink....
I visited Hooters with a group of 10 family members about 30 minutes before closing. From the start, several staff members seemed to have an attitude because it was close to closing time. The hostess at the door told me they were closing in 30 minutes. I asked if we wouldn’t be allowed in, and the manager came over to say they would seat us after some discussion. Throughout our visit, our waitress Monica was very inattentive and unfriendly. As we were leaving, I clearly heard the manager say, "Please don’t come back." When I returned to ask about this, she said she actually said, "Please come back," and apologized for the waitress’s behavior, mentioning she would address it. She introduced h...
I'm here now. I come all the time and I usually have a great experience. But today was NOT one of those days. I planned on sitting in today. The server that greeted me ignored me when I asked for a table. A family came in behind me, and I wanted to see if she would seat them. The server seated the people behind me right away. The wings are great, the to go lady is wonderful, but the dine in experience, ????????
I enjoyed the food, but I was puzzled by the fact that each table had two servers assigned. It was just my brother and me, and this seemed to be the norm for all tables. This setup felt unnecessary, as I haven’t seen it at any other restaurant. On the bright side, the servers were definitely attractive, which is likely part of the appeal of this place.

I enjoyed the food, but I don’t understand why there were two servers assigned to each table when it was just me and my brother. It wasn’t only our table—every table had the same setup. It doesn’t make sense, especially since no other restaurant does this. And yes, the ladies were definitely easy on the eyes if that’s what you’re looking for.
The food was well-prepared, not overcooked at all. Our server was very polite and attentive to our needs, although it seemed like they were the only one assisting all the guests. The only downside was that they didn't have bacon-wrapped wings. Lol!
Fantastic food! Everything was fresh and the service was top-notch—our server was extremely attentive. The entire restaurant was clean, including the restrooms. I'm a huge fan of Hooters wings; they are always delicious!

I have only pick up, but they corrected an incomplete order and made it right. the food was on the spot and their wings were better than wingstop.
