Even the two drinks I ordered and I guess it’s my fault because I have not been to Hooters since I was in Chicago or maybe they don’t make them the same but the wings were still tiny like everything was so tiny, even the shrimp that they advertise is big in the pictures or at least a decent size but they bought out these tiny shrimp. We visited on fight night, March 9, and the manager informed us that Briana was our server. For anyone reading this, please make sure to take a photo of your receipt after signing it, as Briana added herself a $110 tip without getting approval from the cardholder. When we raised this issue with the manager, she mentioned that this isn't the first time Briana has done something like this. It raises the question: why is she still employed there? Once is bad enough, but for this to happen multiple times with other customers is unacceptable and raises concerns about Hooters' hiring practices, especially when it comes to retaining someone who has committed fraud. Thank you for the Sunday NFL tickets! The young ladies provided outstanding service—truly deserving of 5 stars in my book. I can't complain at all, although it was understandably busy with fans, so my food took a little longer to arrive. Thank you again; it was definitely a blast to be back!

I enjoy this Hooters a lot more than the one in downtown Long Beach a lot less busy and a lot more friendlier, they provide great customer service. Just updating this same day there was an incident down at the Pike in Long Beach that involved the FBI! I believe there was loss of life.
2nd time here around opening same bartender talking to some worker whole time not good service. I've been to about 12 hooters around the world definitely the worst service that's forsure. At least ask how's it going Start a convo but no just talking to come worker no bueno

Excellent service and delicious food! I enjoyed the burgers, fries, wings, and tacos. While the menu didn't have as many options as I expected, everything they offered was top-notch. They also had a nice selection of beers.

The craft beers have a terrible flavor, reminiscent of stale beer. They really need to be improved.
