If I could give a zero, I could. The first time I went on Thursday afternoon, they gave me the wrong order which I didn’t realize until we got home. I called their number many times, and no one picked up.I gave it a second chance a few days later. And the weirdest thing happen. I complained to the person who took my order about what happened to my last order. It was a complaint, but I delivered it in a civilized way.She apologized and took my order. Right after she took my order, she disappeared in the back with one of the cooks for a while. I prayed that they weren’t doing something to my order, like the horror stories that you hear about…guess what, after eating my order, I was instantly sick, and stayed sick for two days.Be cautious of eating here. There are plenty of other wing places!
Stumbled upon this restaurant just 30 minutes before closing! They were so polite, accommodating and welcoming! That is so hard to come by anymore. Most restaurants close their lobby way earlier than their hours state online or on the door so we were pleasantly surprised when the young lady smiled and asked how she could help us at that hour! The food quality was great! We were very pleased with our dining experience! The restaurant itself was extremely clean as well! Probably one of the cleanest we have seen lately! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend Hoots!
I placed on order at the little elm store almost 2 hours ago. Website states the order has been out for delivery for over an hour, but the indicator shows the delivery hasn’t left the store. I have called the store number multiple times and no one will answer. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. obviously management does not care to even answer a phone call or provide the service they are there to provide which is food!!!!!!!
The only problem is order accuracy! If you order from here, I highly recommend picking up and CHECKING your order before leaving. On delivery orders, we have not received tater tots, extra sauce, dipping sauce, and even wings. The staff is very very friendly, but management needs to implement better quality control before orders leave. Tonight's delivery order was incorrect.....again.
