Hop Union Gastropub

I visited this restaurant three different days during my stay at the hotel. The food was mediocre. The fish and chips were quite disappointing. The corned beef on the Reuben sandwich was fatty and unevenly distributed; one bite I would get just bread, and the next bite would be an overwhelming amount of greasy corned beef. My server called me "darlin" every evening. She seemed overworked and service was quite slow. The one highlight of HopUnion is their excellent selection of craft beer!

Excellent wait staff, but the food was a big let down. Ordered the corn beef and cabbage and the the cabbage seemed raw, potatos were cold at the center, and carrots were a bit more than slightly undercooked. The couple of bites I had of the corned beef happened to be tasty, but I didn't trust it considering the undercooked/raw state of the rest of the meal. Might be a new start up restaurant and having staffing problems. I may try it again in a few months.

Due to flight issues we spent New Years Eve at Sheraton Four Point and HopUnion. We actually had a good time. They had some of my favorite micro brews, the food was great and reasonably priced. Our server was awesome, friendly with great service, she even knew how to do a proper Bourbon pour on the right amount of ice. As it approached midnight she broke out the hats and noise makers. Every one on the island of broken planes had a good time.

My son and I got into the Sheraton hotel at 12:30 am after a long day of waiting in airports. He was hungry and we decided to try the pub in the hotel as a last resort. He ordered a burger and fries and let me tell you, BEST FRIES that I have ever had hands down. He really enjoyed his burger as well. The waitstaff were friendly and quickly tended to us. I was so grateful for people who were friendly, kind and fast after a long day. Réservez une table maintenant

We went on New Year's Eve around 6pm. We were immediately pleased with the nice ambiance and newly remodeled look. The bartender/server Brittney was awesome, give that woman a raise!!! Our wings with sweet chili sauce and piled high brisket nachos were really good! Draft beer was nice cold and plenty of TV's for all of our sports needs. We'll definitely be returning even if we're not staying at the hotel, which is nice as well.

Jonathon was our server and he was the best! We observed him going above and beyond for everyone. We need more people like him in the industry! The food was great, good atmosphere. We will be back : We ordered brisket nachos 10/10 The pub stew was great,

Great place! Ordered an old fashioned and the corned beef and cabbage and was blown away by the size of the meal. It was huge! I barely made a dent in it!! I also ordered the crack sprouts and they were AMAZING!

We wish we could have sampled more dishes at this restaurant. They have a great selection on tap, and the Brussels sprouts appetizer was delicious. Our server was fantastic as well. Réservez une table maintenant

Food is good for the price. Drinks are pricey, worth it for the larger sized. Staff is friendly, although service was a little slow at first.

The service was excellent, and the portion size of the mac and cheese with brisket was generous. They also have a great selection of beers.
