I was in today and bought a roast beef wrap with tomato and I got it to-go. I go back to work and open it up....it is not my order...it was a chicken cutlet something with cheese and lettuce. Okay, mistakes happen. I call up to let them know I was just in and was given the wrong wrap. They said that I could come back to get my roast beef because they had it there. I told them I couldn 't leave right then. I wouldn 't be there for another hour or so. I go back, told them who I was and that I had called earlier. A moment later, she returned with our food. My mother pointed out to her, “It doesn’t matter if it’s a deli or not. You serve food here; the tables should be clean.” Her response was dismissive—“Yeah, yeah, yeah”—before she walked off again. All I could think about was how if it's too much trouble to clean the tables so customers don't have to sit in someone else's filth, what must the kitchen be like where they prepare our food? Let me be clear: I have worked in the restaurant industry, and I understand things can get hectic. No one complained about the dirty tables; we simply asked for something to clean them. We won’t be coming back.

This is the best deli I have ever visited! I've tried everything on the menu, and it's all fantastic. The prices are reasonable, and the place is very clean. Their hours are also convenient. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I honestly can't say a single negative thing about this place. Plus, the theme is adorable and stylish!

Picture this: you order a breakfast sandwich, bring it home, and when you finally unwrap it, you discover there's ketchup on it despite your specific request for none. That's exactly what happened to me, and it completely spoiled my meal.

The sandwiches are usually pretty good and fairly priced. However the last couple times Iv been there I stood there for about 10-15 without a "I 'll be right with you "its food service etiquette.

Great deli for breakfast sandwiches. Best around and actually at affordable price. Clean location great hours. Recently had the Italian combo and it was on point not soggy and fresh.
