This place is very new and only open on Thursday and Saturday at present. Considering the local beer legacy, it 's not easy to start a small microbrewery. To be successful, you need a good product and that is exactly what I found. The beers were excellent and I had a preview taste of the 500 IBU beer in celebration of the 500th anniversary of the Reinheitsgebot (beer purity law). Great 'Helles and a wonderfully smooth Bernstein , and a really nice Chocolate Stout . My tastes lean more toward hops so I really liked the hoppy beers.
