In Montrose, CO for work and stumbled across this great establishment. Upon entering, the bar was busy but not packed. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and outgoing. Quiana (I probably butchered the spelling, sorry) was my bartender and was awesome. Even when she wasn't around, someone was there to help out if my glass was empty. The beer is well made and all of the food coming out of the kitchen looked awesome. I had wings and they did not disappoint. The hot sauce is actually hot! If you are visiting from out of town and want a place that will make you feel like a local, this is the spot for you. Highly recommend a visit to Horsefly Brewing Company! Keep up the great work!
They have a fairly good menu and food, but like alot of restaurants these days, they seem to lose track of the little things. I suppose if you don't order to go then you can fix their errors fairly easily, but when they forget something for your order it is a bit problematic if you want to go back and get the dipping sauce they forgot to include in your order. I also spent extra for the upgrade on my order that they didn't include the dipping sauce for. So my advice is check your order before you leave the premises to get all the little extras they forgot to include. So if you order the sweet potato tater tots, verify the sauce is included.
Great local spot with solid beers, amazing wings awesome bloody Marys! Horsefly is a Montrose staple with a friendly atmosphere and decent selection of brews. Their food is tasty, especially the burgers and their wings are absolutely amazing. Don't forget to try their awesome bloody Marys! The staff and atmosphere is great and the food is good, however my mango habenero wings were disappointing. The sauce was watery and the wings themselves tasted like burnt oil. I love this restaurant and the food. I know that this was not a normal everyday way of the wings so just letting you know. The Mississippi Mud Pie was superb. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Beer was excellent. Wings were under cooked. Sauce on wings excellent. They tried to cook extra crispy but still undercooked ordered basket with their chips which were really good but when they took them back to recook didn’t bring me chips back. Very disappointed. Took wings home to cook more so I could eat.
Beer.. we ordered “bug eye blonde” 5/5 Peach mule 5/5 Chips and salsa with guacamole ? 4/5… chips and salsa were good but guacamole was ok ok
Love the atmosphere. Service was average. Tortilla Soup was good. Great location. Seems like a good place to DRINK!
