We went for the full 38 piece sushi platter (perhaps we were the first to do so? We also noticed they stocked a few Japanese beers which we hadn’t tried so we asked for 2 different Asahi beers only to find out that they were both out of stock, so we each settled for refillable green tea instead, which we both finished before the food had arrived so we asked for a refill but we were brought the bill instead before we’d even eaten anything!!! ate am nippel and largely enjoyed. the meal was served immediately and warm. partner had huhn cha han and enjoyed, we shared hühnergyoza, I had chicken curry udon nudeln. the chicken was baked and this was my only complaining, the hen seemed more of a prepared chicken steak from a ruddly instead of being fresh in the spaces. it tasted good, but thought that this was processed somewhat in comparison to the other fresh foods that look good. bento boxes look great. main thing to share starter, a beer and a wein was 37. weeping on the expensive side through the glass, bottle ok.
I used to come to this restaurant frequently when I ate meat, but I have only been twice in the past 3 years since becoming vegan. Unfortunately, the menu has not changed much. The menu lacks excitement and seems to stick with the same uninspired options. However, the vegan sushi is excellent. The noodles can be a bit bland and something that could easily be made at home. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Overall, the restaurant offers decent options, but don't expect anything groundbreaking.
I’ve been to Nippon Kitchen many times. I find service is either amazing or poor never in between. The vegan bento box is great value for money and tastes great. Included in the bento box for about £11 miso soup, 3 sushi rolls, veg tempura, 2 dumplings, soy beans, curry and rice. Ordering meals separately, I find is expensive and not worth it. Overall love the restaurant and definitely would go back. Clear, separate vegan menus.

Good food, decent presentation, variety to choose from and friendly staff... Enjoyed what we ate and I am sure if i try more stuff, It will be equally good. Me n my hubby were super happy to see that they had good whiskey collection in their drinks menu. Looking forward to visit again.
Nippon is my fave restaurant ever and I love it even more because of the fact it has a fully separate vegan menu with loads of options ! I had the vegan bento box and cucumber maki and they were both amazing dishes packed with flavour. The service was very quick and super friendly
a great place to visit. 30 hahnen give them a great choice and if they ask, they can get a rehearsal. 6 fittings are made in the house and are in great quality. a few hommage to them, for example, the harvested scotch bitter. this place is highly recommended
I always appreciate an entirely separate vegan menu. The sushi was perfect and the side portion of yaki soba was huge. It is expensive so won't be back often but good for an occasion.

I was glad to have a vegan menu. starter and net came together what I didn't expect. good was in order, the tofu was in my choice. service was good.
