We han booked 1night for 2 adult couples. When we arrived around 7 p.m., in room n°54 was overreated , in short, it was enough to lower the thermostat and ventilate the room, but also1 of the bulbs in the sdb did not turn on. As for the other room n°53 which was completely frozen, the radiator was not working! In addition, the toilet flushed continuously. After reporting these inconveniences to the reception, they changed my room n°52 . I rejoiced very too quickly when the radiator started to heat up. We left for dinner La Savoureuse menu included when booking the night . After a nocturnal digestive stroll we retourned to bed around midnight. But this last room, always cold because the radiator didn 't heat up anymore, left us frozen all night. Worse still, the bathroom, also unheated because the radiator did not work either, did not allow hot water...... Of course, when leaving and paying the bill, we reported all the malfunctions encountered... to compensate, we were offered 3 aperitifs... for 4 people! It is totally deplorable to end up in a supposedly 3-star hotel where the rooms are not checked befor the arrival of the customers and have so many defects. Also noteworthy are the ridiculous 24 ? inch TVs in superior rooms. The disappointment is even greater regarding the catering: for a so-called gourmet restaurant there was no fresh fish on the menu... yet located by the sea! And what about the breakfast 18€/pers ! without hot meats, small buffet limited and not replenished.
